With 14 years experience in the NYC fitness scene, I've worked with CRUNCH GYMS, NY Health & Racket, Plus One, NBC, Paramount Global, The Yale Club & LIVunLtd. Having taught for NY's Summer in the Streets, Reebok private events, and Macy's, I've also taught in the corporate fitness world.

With an eye for form, I specialize in pilates workouts intended to realign hips, knees, lengthen the spine, and strengthen that powerhouse. through balance training and intense core work. I teach various formats from pilates mat to incorporating blocks, rings, balls or weights to mimic reformer moves offering a full body workout to strengthen & lengthen the body. MYOBILITY® Release. Move. Improve. My favorite format to teach! Myobility is a complete Fascial Fitness system that marries my favorite skills: Myo-fascial release, stretching, corrective exercise and breath work to relieve chronic pain. PERSONAL TRAINING I put this same methodology into sessions with her private clients! Whether it's weight loss, gaining strength or finding better alignment, using a "form first" approach and consistent sessions, my clients leave with the results they want and even more benefits. I'm also the co-writer of the manual for CRUNCH's Powerball® Pilates utilizing the Ballast® Bosu ball. I was one of the first instructors to launch POUND® in NYC & helped launch JillianMichealsBodyShred® through CRUNCH in NYC. (And yes, Jillian is even more awesome in person).
