Emily's pilates classes are both challenging and fun. She gives instruction and encouragement in a way that motivates me to work harder, while still maintaining my form. Emily is attentive and quick to point out any issues with form, which helps me get a better workout and prevents injury. She knows just how to push her students to the next level- I'm always surprised to find I can do just a little bit more than I believe I can, and because of Emily, I'm able to work my body even harder than before. On top of all of that, Emily is super sweet and very fun, making her pilates class seem more like a good time versus a boring workout.

Emily is a fantastic trainer. When we started our one on one session she immediately asked me if I had any ailments or injuries to work around, and throughout the workout she constantly checked in. Once we began, I was really impressed with how knowledgeable she was, and how her exercises immediately targeted all my weaknesses, in the best way. She was extremely attentive throughout our session, never letting me fall out of alignment, and that helped hone my own attentiveness to my body. I couldn't recommend Emily more highly, and look forward to training with her again.

I have never been a good dancer, and suffering from dyslexia, felt spastic in any dance class I ever attempted to take. When I stepped into Emily's Zumba class, I was nervous but to my shock and amazement, I wasn't so awful. I could follow along and also got a great cardio workout. Emily's music, pacing and sequencing made so much sense that I felt like a dancer. Here I was in my 40's and finally dancing. I look forward every Sunday to Zumba with Emily. She is the best.

Fun, energetic, and inspiring are the words I use to describe my Zumba instructor, Emily Stokes. My 22 year old daughter and I discovered Emily about a year and a half ago and have been part of her fan club ever since. Emily’s routines are fun yet effective for people of all fitness levels. Her easy to follow dance routines give you a full workout while making you feel like you are part of a dance video. I say “Oh No…” when we are up to our last routine.
