Provided one does not have any of the contraindications listed herein and barring any physical abnormalities, anyone who can do at least 3 consecutive sit ups can do AntiGravity Aerial Yoga and Suspension Fitness. I offer variations for every level to get your heart pumping as well as allow your body to release whatever tension its holding.

What do I wear to class?
--Regular fitness attire will do, but you may be most comfortable with pants that hug the legs and a shirt with sleeves. Just make sure you can move because once that music starts, you won't want to stop!
